Grant St. John Procedures

To get replacement cartridges from Grant
St. John, call the following telephone number:
1-800-962-2927

Press the 0 button to be contacted with Grant St. John
service. You will hear some recorded messages. If it is in
the afternoon or later, you may be asked to leave a message.
Otherwise an assistant will finally take your call (usually
Kim or Sabrina). Tell them the Grant St. John numbers (e.g.,
00118201 etc.) of the cartridges that have been replaced.
They will ask you for your telephone number. They will then
arrange for Marty to deliver the required number of
replacement cartridges.
