• Pearl: This was chosen to symbolize the new member.
  
• Pine: This was chosen to symbolize the collegiate member.
  
• Pansy: This is the symbol of an alumnae member.
• Dolphin: To the Greeks, this was a good omen symbolizing rebirth, friendship and leadership. Within Tri Delta, this has special significance for the Fraternity’s elected members.
• Posidon: The patron Greek divinity; god of the sea and one of the three rulers of the universe.
