CHAPTER PHILANTHROPY

The Delta Upsilon Chapter of Tri Delta has formed its own fund-raiser for Children’s Cancer Charities. For many years, our house has held a pasta dinner called “Pasta For Life.” In order to raise money for the Charities, Tri Delta accepts donations from fellow students, faculty, staff, and community members and shows appreciation with a homemade pasta dinner! This event has been extremely successful; our chapter has repeatedly been recognized for raising the most money for charity out of all the Greek organizations on campus.

The Delta Upsilon Chapter is busy year-round with various philanthropic events! During the fall, we host a punkin-carving event and donate our "artwork" to a local nursing home. As the holiday season comes upon the campus, we strive to break from the cold winter blues by decorating holiday cookies which are then assembled into packages and taken to the local childrens' hospital. The spring at Ohio Wesleyan is busy with events with philanthropy in mind, and many Tri Delta sisters commit much of their time to be a part of them all!
